Chloe's Story

Hey there, my name is Chloe and I am a 9 year old female pug. I'm gonna be honest, when I first came to rescue, I was pretty chubby. But my foster mom has done a great job of helping me slim down, and even though I look fantastic now, let me tell you, I feel sooo much better!

Foster Mom takes me on two walks a day, for a mile each time! (I could go further, but I don't want to tire her out, as she is the one who gives me my food!) I'm not a "Velcro" pug. Yep, it's true; non-Velcro pugs DO exist! I love sitting up on the back of the sofa by the window, where I can watch the world go by. I have excellent house manners. My out-in-pubic manners aren't perfect, as I do show a bit of leash aggression when we are out walking and I see other dogs. Foster mom just crosses the street to keep us from coming face to face with any other dogs while we are out. I could probably use some training to help me understand how to be better behaved in public.

If I sound like a good match for you, please fill out the adoption application! You'll find it on the APARN website at www.aparn.org/adoption-application
