Meet Chloe
Chloe is absolutely beautiful - inside and out!
Born in a puppy mill, the only survivor in her litter of pups; Chloe was born with a deformed lower jaw and very few teeth. This brave girl doesn't let that stop her from being a wonderful dog - she is very social, loves people and has lovely manners.
Chloe has no trouble eating or drinking! She's just a regular dog with a "unique" appearance and a beautiful soul.
