After being rescued from a shelter, he is ready for a fresh start and the opportunity to find a family of his own.<br/><br/>Chips can be cautious when meeting new people, but once he feels comfortable, his playful and energetic personality shines through. He loves the company of other dogs and enjoys playing with his canine friends. He is an active boy who loves exploring, going for walks, and being involved in his surroundings.<br/><br/>Training & Daily Life:<br/>High but manageable energy level<br/>Intelligent and observant<br/>Enjoys walks and outdoor activities<br/>Has excellent potty habits in his kennel environment<br/>Crate and house training are still a work in progress<br/>Not a couch potato, loves staying active and engaged<br/><br/>Good With:<br/>Dogs: Yes! Tested and does well with other dogs<br/>Cats: No, not recommended with cats<br/>Children: Yes! Tested and does well with kids (older children preferred, 9+)<br/><br/>Things to Know:<br/>Chips is a very smart and curious dog who likes to keep track of his surroundings. He is also an escape artist and will look for opportunities to explore, so a secure home and close supervision are important.
