Dumpling is one of Edamame's adorable little girls, born on July 28th after their mama found herself in an overcrowded shelter. Thankfully, a foster stepped up, allowing us to bring Edamame into rescue and give her a safe, comfortable place to whelp her puppies.<br/><br/>Mama Edamame is a 3-year-old Blue Heeler, possibly a mix, and these little girls are already busy growing, exploring, and developing their own personalities. We'll continue to update their profiles as we learn more about each of them!<br/><br/>A few important dates for adopters: Edamame's puppies will be available for meet-and-greets beginning the week of September 8th and can officially head home with their forever families beginning September 22nd, when they turn 8-weeks-old.<br/><br/>Like all young puppies, Edamame's puppies will need families prepared for everything that comes with puppyhood, including house training, crate training, socialization, basic manners, plenty of playtime, and lots of patience and love.<br/><br/>These girls got a much better start in life thanks to their mama and foster family. Now we can't wait to watch each one grow up in a forever home of her own.<br/><br/>Adoption fee is $500.00 and includes spay/neuter, microchip, fecal/deworming, vaccines and prevention up to date. Ohio residents only.

OUR ADOPTION PROCESS: Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchip, fecal/deworming, negative heartworm, vaccines and prevention up to date. Ohio residents only. STS is a foster based, volunteer run, rescue. As such, we do not have a physical location or hours for you meet any foster dog and it does take time to answer each inquiry. All dogs are in homes and once an application is approved and a home visit is complete you are able to schedule meet and greets with available dogs. We encourage interested individuals to get approved prior to searching as it helps expedite the process. A petfinder inquiry is not a substitute for an application. We complete vet and reference verification. 3. Once approved, we schedule a home visit and meet and greet. WHAT WE REQUIRE: To ensure the safety and health of your new family member, we require that pets currently in the home be altered, up-to-date on vaccinations, on appropriate heartworm and flea prevention, and that all pets be kept indoors. We will require physical fences for specific dogs that we feel will be necessary to ensure their safety.
