Chief's Story
Meet Chief! He is a 3 1/2 year old male golden retriever who was surrendered by his owner. Chief is a very sweet boy who is good with other dogs.

He came to us a mess. His skin was terrible, needing medicated baths 3 days a week for three weeks. His ears were infected. His nails were awful. He was slightly anemic with elevated protein counts when he arrived in our program.

Chief will be seeing an ophthalmologist the week of April 20th and we'll update you soon. He also has an external bump on his leg that we'll be investigating as well.

Once Chief begins to feel better, he'll be available for adoption. To adopt a golden retriever, please read "How to Adopt" at www.gr-rescue.org.
