Chief

This is Chief, a handsome brindle and white Boxer. Very friendly, loves people and lots of attention! He came to us as a stray and sadly nobody came to claim him. We've given him the full medical work up and he's now ready for a new family. One of our volunteers has had Chief in their home. The first thing he did was get on the sofa and lay down, after that he went upstairs and jumped on the bed...obviously happy to be in a home! Chief loves his walks, carries his "baby" with him. At some point in his 3-5 years he had a leg injury. Someone spent a fortune having it repaired, so he does have a bit of a limp. Because of his size a home with older children is recommended. He appears to be good with most dogs. If interested, please bring your dog to meet Chief and we will help you properly introduce them. Boxer experience would be a plus. Chief has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and has tested neg. for heartworm which is included in the $150 adoption fee. Stop in 12-4 to adopt. (Closed Wednesdays)
