Chico - Long Term Resident's Story
Hi, I'm Chico and I am 2 years old!! I'm a good boy with lots of love to give! I am a bigger dog at around 72lbs but I am all sweetness when I get to know you! I love to go on walks, sniff the flowers and play! I also know what 'want to go bye bye' means and boy do I LOVE car rides! I came in as a stray and while the staff did find out who my owner was, she never came to get me after being called multiple times. So here I sit waiting for someone to take me home. PLEASE don't be afraid of how I bark and jump at the cage. Get a staff member to grab me and take me outside and you will see what a different dog I am. When I'm out of the noise and on a walk, I just love everyone with the exception of small kids. I definitely seem to be potty trained and love the routine here at AWL. So, if you could give me a chance outside of my kennel, I just know you will want to make me part of your family!Give the shelter a call at (574) 267-3008 or email them at info@awlwarsaw.com if you have any questions about me! If not, stop by the shelter at 1048 S 325 E in Pierceton, IN 46562 to look at me! No appointments necessary!
