Chico loves running, boinging around the room and a teddy bear toy. He truly is the sweetest boy who will bring you his bone and then snuggle up for some scritches. He would love his own comfy bed and stylish leash and collar (appearances do matter). Since he is still a pup at heart his listening skills are still a bit of a work in progress on walks, but treats do help! Chico loves his crate and talking back when he is told no. Chico does believe he is too cute to be told no. This guy is too adorable to not add to your family and he can't wait to meet you today!

So, you’re ready to adopt – wonderful! We are so glad you have decided to become a pet parent. You probably have some questions, naturally. Here are a few things to keep in mind to help you prepare for the big day. Helpful Things to Know Age Requirement: Adopters must be at least 18 years old, and have a current photo ID. Adoption Fees: Adoption prices vary depending on several factors. Pets age 8+ are always fee-waived. Pets come vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed/neutered! Dogs in the Home: If there are other dogs in your home, we do not necessarily require the resident dog to meet the adopted dog. However, in some cases, there are dogs available for adoption who must meet resident dogs in the home. If you’d like your dog to meet its possible new sibling, they may do so once the adopter meet-and-greet is completed. Small Animals in the Home: Other small pets in your home (cats, rabbits, etc.) are not permitted to meet prior to adoption. Placing A Pet on Hold: If you meet a pet and it’s love at first lick, but you are unable to adopt them immediately, we allow a 24-hour hold. The cost is $25 and you must first meet the pet, and ensure it is a good fit! Discounts: We offer a military discount for active duty and veterans who've served.
