Chicken Nugget

Chicken Nugget is a resilient and social young dog. He came to us after being abandoned and thrown over the fence. He sustained a serious injury to one of his hind legs due to the impact of the fall, which resulted in him losing his leg. He has adapted incredibly well to life on 3 legs. He walks, runs, and plays comfortably.<br/><br/>Here is what my friends at Hawaii Island Humane Society have to say about me:<br/>- I am confident and friendly when meeting new people!<br/>- I love playing with toys (especially my Kong), and take treats gently.<br/>- I am a curious, athletic and adventurous good boy!<br/>- I am very comfortable riding in the car and am a star of our field trip program!
