Meet Chicken —also known as a Chicken Teriyaki (we’re pretty sure it’s a real breed).<br/><br/>Chicken is a 1-year-old chug mix that weighs about 20lbs, who came to rescue from a cruelty case. True to her name, she’s a bit of a chicken—but once she feels safe, her sweet personality shines through. <br/><br/>Chicken is a cuddly, affectionate girl with the funniest ears, we're pretty sure they do their own stunts! <br/><br/>She loves her people fiercely and would be thrilled to be the center of someone’s world.<br/><br/>She does fine with dog and cat friends, as long as she gets her fair share (or more) of love and attention. She has not been around kids while in our care but she seems to enjoy all humans that are kind to her. <br/><br/>She’s young, playful, and ready to leave her past behind for a fresh start filled with kindness, snacks, and snuggles. <br/><br/>Chicken is about 99% house and kennel trained and does great with routine, but like many pups, she may have an accident or two when adjusting to new environments.
