Cheyenne's Story
Cheyenne is the perfect pocket Lab. She is eagar to start the day, looking forward to playing with toys, chewing on bones, going on walks, playing with a friend or cuddled next to you!

She has more than a pocket full of sunshine, sweetness and love to give for a lifetime!

She does have a scar from a previous unknown injury. May not have hair, may have white hair. But that does not stop her appeal!

Scars tell stories...

Oh the stories that you will tell!

Oh the places you will go!

You're off to Great Places!

You're off and away!

Your mountain is waiting.

So...get on your way!

Dog name: Cheyenne

Gender: Female spayed

Age: 6-8 months old old, 37 lbs.

Breed: blk Lab mix

Medications: Heartworm neg. Appropriate monthly flea and tick prevention.

Good with people? Yes, loves people, very friendly.

children? Unknown but probably

Dogs? Friendly, loves all dogs! Fostered with 4, from 4 yo - 10 yo. From 40 lbs to 60 lbs. And a friends 90 lb 3 yo lab.

Cats? Unknown but probably

Other animals? Unknown

House trained? Yes, will mostly let you know when she needs to go out. She is still a puppy, so routine matters and should be let out often, to continue her training and solidify her potty habits. After a long nap, after a hard period of play, an hour or two after meals.

Crate trained? Yes, goes in the crate even when the door stays open. Will bark a little, at first when I leave her in her crate during the day. I crate her at night and when I leave the house, although she is good left loose.

Energy level: low, will match the energy of most dogs. Loves snuggles on the couch, bones. Loves all toys, balls, bones, stuffies

Travel well? Yes, loves to ride. Because of her size doesn't know how to get in the car or out of it. But learning.

Favorite toy/activity: Being with her people, chewing on a bone, playing with a friend.

Leash trained? Does pretty well, no pulling, just doesn’t know where to walk, in front, beside, underneath. Still learning. Greets people, no jumping.

Fence not required. Dog friend with similar energy preferred, but not required. Active family preferred but not required.
