Chesty

Meet your new best buddy! Chesty is truly a great dog, he is sheltie with a bit of something else thrown in, that curled tail tells the tale. He is good with his foster brothers but really doesn't care that they're there, he's all about his people. He will lay at your feet and prefers to sleep in your bed. He is crate trained but doesn't need or use a crate. He knows basic commands. He just turned 10, but doesn't look it or act it. He'd be fine with kids over 10. He doesn't need a fenced yard as long as he gets regular walks, he loves his walks!! but a fenced yard would be a plus as he loves to run and chase squirrels. He just had a dental and got a clean bill of health. He weighs 30 lbs which is a good weight for him, he's long and lean. Chesty is neutered, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. He would do best with a family that has someone home and won't leave him alone for long hours. <br/>Chesty will be ready to go November 15th. He is being fostered in Abingdon, MD.
