Chestnut's Story
Need a partner for a game of fetch? Chestnut's your guy! Looking for someone to snuggle up with on the couch? Chestnut's already there, ready to cuddle his way into your heart.

He has been social and appropriate when greeting dogs here at Gigi's. We are happy to help conduct meet and greets to potential house dogmates prior to adoption.

Chestnut is working hard on perfecting his leash skills and is a motivated learner when it comes to training. He would benefit from continued rewards-based training to help bond with his new family!

Chestnut is a medium to large-sized mixed breed approximately 7 months old, and currently weighs 34 pounds

Gigi's offers Training and Puppy Classes, as well as Private Behavior sessions and Veterinary Behavioral options to help get families and their new furry family members off on the right paw! Check out: https://gigisbehavior.org

Chestnut has received their full-service vet care, vaccines, is spayed/neutered, pre-adoption behavior support, microchip and more. To meet this dog or any of our other ready-for-adoption dogs, visit Gigi's during our open adoption hours listed on www.gigis.org. By adopting a Gigi's Grad, you are helping other shelter dogs in need get vital care and an opportunity to find a new family, just like yours - together we're improving the lives of shelter dogs.
