Meet Chester!<br/><br/>Chester is believed to be a Beagle mix, estimated to be around 4 years old and weighing about 22 pounds. He came to us as a stray and was never reclaimed. Chester is a friendly little guy who loves spending time with his people and playing with his human friends. He may be a bit vocal when meeting new friends, but he quickly warms up with a few treats and some affection. Chester walks nicely on a leash, enjoys exploring the world through his nose, and has a soft spot for squeaky toys! He would do well with children ages 8 and older. Chester did well meeting another shelter dog and has the potential to live with another canine companion. He is very playful with other dogs! A meet and greet would take place at the shelter with other dogs living in the home to ensure it is a good match.
