Chelle's Story
FIRST STEPS: Please visit https://www.save-a-mutt.org/adoption-application/ to fill out an application - a Petfinder Inquiry is not the adoption process. We don't do meet and greets until applications have been approved. All our dogs are located IN Washington State. We are a local foster home based rescue.

Chelle is an amazing lady who can put a smile on anyone's face. She is friendly and joyful and she is dreaming of a home where she will be a cherished family member. Chelle is ready to go when you are and she will be happiest in a home where her people will include her in all their adventures. Whether it's a walk on the trail or a cozy blanket on the couch...Chelle is your girl.

Chelle has great house manners but might bark to alert. She would not be suitable for apartment living. She has been friendly to other dogs along the way but she plays hard and doesn't know her own strength. We are asking for a home without other dogs so that Chelle can enjoy the benefits of being someone's one and only. There is no cat history, therefore, we are asking for a home without cats. Chelle adores everyone and would be fine with respectful children older than 8 years of age.

Chelle recently received a Senior Wellness Exam with bloodwork. She also received a dental with extractions. Chelle is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her vaccines. She is 9 years old and weighs 61 pounds.

Please note, we have approximately a 200 mile adoption radius from Stanwood WA for our Senior Dogs. Save-A-Mutt may limit this distance based on the long term needs of this pet. We don’t adopt out of state except to the Vancouver BC area. We don’t ship dogs. Once approved you must pick them up in Snohomish County, WA. Canadian adopters must be able to come to Stanwood WA to pick up their dog. For questions about this dog please call Elizabeth Woche, Senior and Special Needs Dog Coordinator, at 425-974-9479
