Cheis was originally purchased from a breeder, but shortly afterward his owner became ill. As a result, this sweet boy didn’t receive quite as much attention, exercise, and training as a young Lab needs. He’s now ready to make up for lost time with a family who will give him the love, activity, and guidance he deserves.<br/><br/>And if you love the water, Cheis may be your perfect match — this boy is a champion swimmer! He absolutely loves the water and would happily spend his days swimming, playing, and enjoying the outdoors.<br/><br/>Cheis previously lived with children and does well with them. He is also good with other dogs and extremely friendly with the people he meets. We don’t know how he would do with cats simply because he has never lived with or been around them.<br/><br/>At just 2 years old, Cheis has plenty of typical young Lab energy. He loves to run, play, explore, and have fun, so he would thrive with a family who will keep him active and include him in their adventures. He does need to lose some weight, but with activity that weight will come off.<br/><br/>Cheis is a wonderful dog who simply needs someone willing to give him the time and attention he missed out on early in life.
