Because of this, she is very shy around strangers at first, but underneath it all is an incredibly sweet girl who slowly begins to trust once she feels safe.<br/><br/>The most beautiful part of her journey to us was watching her demeanor change with every volunteer she met along the way during her 4+ hour transport. Each kind woman who transported her showed her love, patience, and compassion.
