Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond his control, he found himself in rescue and is now searching for a forever family to spend his next chapter with.<br/><br/>This handsome guy is everything people love about Labs wrapped up in one wagging, happy package. Hes friendly, goofy, loyal, enthusiastic, and absolutely convinced that every day is the best day ever. His favorite things include playing fetch, going on walks, swimming, hanging out with his people, making new friends, and seeing if anyone accidentally dropped a snack on the floor. If theres a pool nearby, Chase is all in! He absolutely loves to swim and will happily retrieve just about anything you toss into the water. Tennis balls, toysyou name it, Chase is on the job.<br/><br/>Like most Labs, Chase firmly believes food is a love language. In fact, his stomach often serves as his personal life coach. If food is involved, Chase is paying attention. If food is not involved, Chase would like to know why.<br/><br/>Despite being 7 years old, Chase didnt get the memo that hes supposed to be slowing down. This boy still has plenty of energy and is looking for an active family that wants a companion for walks, adventures, swimming, yard games, and all of lifes daily activities. He wants to be included, whether youre heading out for a stroll, spending time in the yard, splashing in the pool, or simply moving from one room to another.<br/><br/>Chase gets along wonderfully with other dogs, is good with cats, and does well with older children and teenagers. Hes currently doing fantastic with both his training and his weight-loss journey, and hes proving every day what a smart, eager-to-please boy he is.<br/><br/>Now, lets talk about one important Labrador fact: yes, Chase sheds. A lot. If youre looking for a dog that leaves behind a little fur, Chase would like to introduce you to the Labrador Retriever definition of a little fur. His golden glitter will become part of your wardrobe, your furniture, and possibly your morning coffee. Consider yourself warned.<br/><br/>In return, youll get one of the sweetest, happiest, most devoted companions you could ever ask for. Chase is the kind of dog who greets every day with optimism, every person with a wagging tail, every swim like its an Olympic event, and every meal as the greatest event in human history.<br/><br/>If youre looking for a loyal best friend with a heart as big as his smile, Chase may be the perfect addition to your family. <br/><br/><br/>Chase is house trained, crate trained, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, on flea, tick and heart worm prevention, neutered and so much more!<br/><br/>Please note at our organization, we prioritize finding the best match between our animals and their future families, rather than following a first-come, first-served approach.
