Charm is a sweet, easy going friendly girl who will fit into any family. She will charm you with her eyes (one blue and one brown), her lovely manners and her relaxed temperament She loves children and meets strangers with a smile. She does well in a crate (though doesn't really need one). She is mellow and well mannered. She is not compatible with cats. She can get along with most dogs with a proper introduction. She especially prefers males and dogs closer to her size. Charm behaves well at home and likes to lounge around. She will learn quickly, bond well and make an incredible companion. ARC Rising's Adoption Policy
We encourage you to reach out to us through messenger on our Facebook page or at director@arcrising.org while we set up our phone system and online application, which will be operational soon. Thank you for your patience. We require a full-length application to be completed. We select an adopted for each animal based upon best fit for family and animal given all provided information (not first come, first serve). We require the animal to be sterilized at the time of adoption. We do not require a site visit but reserve the right to do one if red flags arise and we reserve the right to refuse an adoption. We also have a long, thorough adoption contract that must be signed for legal transfer of ownership and adoption fee is collected at that time in the form of payment to ARC Rising. We offer post-adoption support (counseling, referral, etc.). We require that if an adoption does not work out, adopters contact ARC rising and we reserve the right to reclaim the animal or approve transfer to a reputable organization or vetted new home.
