Hi!! I'm Charlotte and I'm just about the happiest little girl you will ever see. I'm being fostered in Illinois.<br/><br/>I was found as a stray, but now I have so much joy and love stored up I just can't keep it inside!<br/><br/>I'm about a year old, and I'm small, about 8 lbs. I may have some Maltese in me.<br/><br/>I love being with other dogs!<br/><br/>I will follow you around wherever you go. I will dance in little circles for you.<br/><br/>And I can fly! As soon as you start to sit down I will come soaring into your lap. I will even sleep in your lap all night long.<br/><br/>I hope a family will find me and love me as much as I will love them.<br/><br/>Charlotte will require a home with a small, young, friendly resident dog already in place. Children in the home must be at least 10 years old.
