Charlie - Sweet Female GSD Looking for Forever Home's Story

Charlie is the sweetest lady! She is doing well in her foster home and has showed us that she's very gentle and loving.

Here's what Charlie's foster mom had to say about her:

She pulls a bit when walking, but is easily corrected, listens quite well, has generally good manners around the house. She is fully crate trained and potty trained. Charlie has been pretty quiet when hanging out with us, not super vocal or barky.

Most of the time she just finds her spot and chills with us. When were in the yard and our neighbors dog gets yapping, she calms down and ignores him very quickly when we give her instructions to.

Charlie is very loving and has bonded with us both quickly.

She would do well with a couple who walk regularly and have a somewhat quiet household.

We have not introduced her to other dogs yet but her overall temperament is a bit submissive.

Not a fan of taking a pill, but did not show signs of aggression no matter how much we wrestled with her before discovering the magic of roast beef. She is not a big eater and has a gentle mouth. She takes small dainty bites from us, likes canned food, does not like kibble.

She is a super dog and has so much love to give!!!

ADOPTION INFO
Dog adoption fees include:
- All Basic Dog Vaccinations
- Rabies
- Bordetella
- Flea & Tick Treatment
- Spay (Up to $400)
- Neuter (Up to $300)
- Microchip & Registration

All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs and cats in our rescue.

APPLY ON OUR WEBSITE AT THE LINKS BELOW

ADOPTION APPLICATION: https://www.redwagginrescue.org/adopt

FOSTER APPLICATION: https://www.redwagginrescue.org/foster

Please don't hesitate to contact us at ConnellPetRescue@gmail.com, if you have any questions or would like more information.
