Charlie's Story

Meet Charlie! We think he might be a Boxer mix with a heart of gold! <br/><br/>Please help us welcome Charlie to the shelter. He arrived to us in a bit of a chaos. We were told that his owner suffered from substance abuse and mental illness and that he was 100% neglected. We were also told that he had been left without food or water for at least 4 days and were in complete dehydration upon arrival. Thankfully our staff was ready and willing to help. Charlie really is such a sweet boy, he loves his toys and being a couch potato. Please give this senior boy a safe and loving home, he really deserves it!
