This shy guy is so deserving of a second chance at life after spending its entirety up to this point receiving no love or affection along with 200+ other dogs from a horrifying hoarding/breeding case. His days were spent trudging through mounds of feces and urine in hopes of just finding a clean place to rest his little head, dreaming of a family that would rescue him and give him his basic necessities. Charlie is understandably apprehensive of humans as he was never treated like a loving member of the family as he should have been. He is so sweet and has the makings of being an amazing companion but will require a family that is understanding of his background and willing to give him the patience he needs to learn the world around him. Trust will be something that will need to earned for this sweet angel as he currently hides a majority of the time. We know with tender care and love that he will come out of that broken little shell and bond strongly with his new family with time.
