Charlie

Charlie came to us as a stray, with no owner claiming him. He seems to be very social with people and loved interacting with everyone he met. Charlie will benefit greatly from some structured obedience to help with his boisterous behavior. Although he has shown no outward aggression here, keep in mind this breed has the potential to become more assertive as he gets more comfortable. He would probably get along with a neutered dog of similar size and relaxed nature, that will not challenge him. He did meet with cats in kennels, he stayed low and reached in for a sniff. A cat came forward and hissed and he did begin to vocalize and move toward the cat staying low to the ground. He did show some protection of the food bowl and should be on a feeding schedule in a quiet area to help him relax more while eating.
