What is Bell's Promise Animal Rescue, Inc.’s adoption process?

All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations and monthly preventatives.  All adoptions will require a home visit and adoption application.  Meet and greets with any dog you are interested in can be arranged.
