It seems like he’s spent a lot of time in a crate and isn’t very familiar with the world outside.<br/><br/>Charlie was left behind by his owner with a responsible and loving groomer, so we don't know much about his past. Charlie does have separation anxiety, so he needs a home where someone is around more often than not. He is a loyal and loving companion who just needs a little patience and understanding.
