Charles – Staffordshire Terrier mix – 2 yrs – male (83lbs)<br/> <br/>Meet our big, handsome boy, Charles! Charles was found as a stray; he was wandering around a neighborhood with a female dog that looked like his sister. One of the neighbors said they thought he saw them dumped out of a car the day before. Both ended up at a county shelter. His sister was adopted, but Charles was left sitting at that crowded county shelter until we spotted his perfect face and rescued him to safety with us. 💛<br/><br/>Charles is a big, goofy sweetheart! He adores people of all ages and will throw his body up against you to get close and prove his love. He appears to be housebroken and is very well behaved in his kennel. Charles is a strong boy and can pull on a leash, but he corrects well and wants to please. He’s very puppy-like and his clumsiness makes us laugh. He has a few play-buddies at our shelter and seems to prefer female dogs so far. He’s a bit of a bull-in-a-china-shop kinda dog. 😂 He’s also incredibly charming and sure to make you smile. Charles is an absolute gem of a pup who’s going to make a wonderful addition to someone’s family.
