He rides calmly in the car and is eager to please and quick to learn.<br/>Being so affectionate and soft-natured, Charcoal does have some separation anxiety and may cry when left alone, but he can be kenneled and will settle after a little time.<br/>He is playful and does best with calm, well-mannered dogs, often looking to more mature dogs for guidance. He can be a bit timid around new people and dogs, but responds well to gentle reassurance and calm, confident direction.
