He celebrates them.<br/><br/>This ridiculously handsome black-and-white boy came to PRAR from the commercial pet trade, and his foster family says he is the most affectionate dog they've fostered in years.<br/><br/>Chance LOVES people. New person in the house? He would like an introduction immediately. Sit on the couch? Congratulations, you have acquired approximately 12 pounds of lap dog. Belly available? RUB IT.<br/><br/>He's playful, confident and delightfully goofy. He loves squeaky balls, fetch, tug, wrestling with dog friends, salmon treats, snuffle mats and being included in absolutely everything. After playtime, he's an exceptional binge-watching companion who will happily cuddle for hours.<br/><br/>Chance has done well with male and female dogs of different sizes and ages. He's still learning to recognize when another dog has had enough play, and he's improved considerably as he's grown. Cats and children are unknown.<br/><br/>He's making great progress with potty training, sleeps through the night without needing a potty break, uses a dog door independently and uses indoor potty pads approximately 85% of the time.<br/><br/>Chance also has a neurologic history that PRAR will discuss fully with potential adopters. He initially arrived with a wobbly gait and intermittent head tilt and has been evaluated and rechecked by a veterinary neurologist. By September, his previous ataxic episodes were described as improved/nearly resolved; only very mild intermittent head tilt and mild generalized ataxia remained, and his neurologist documented that he was otherwise acting like a normal puppy and is ready for adoption with the understanding that neurologic signs like the head tilt may intermittently recur.<br/><br/>Today Chance runs, jumps, plays, cuddles and approaches life like it just announced free admission.<br/><br/>His foster says Chance personifies simple love.<br/><br/>We can't think of a better description.<br/><br/>To learn more about Chance and APPLY TO ADOPT, you MUST visit www.pawsitiverestorations.com.
