Chance's Story
This adorable little guy was originally found in a dumpster with a full gallon of milk tied to his collar, if you can believe that. He was taken to the county shelter and was going to be euthanized for his fearful behaviors toward new people. Considering what his past looked like, we just didn't think that was fair. We took him into the rescue and instantly fell in love.

Chance is lovable, super intelligent, obedient, housebroken, kennel trained, and an all around adorable goof ball. He LOVES to play fetch and adores his toys. He enjoys running around and playing with the other little chihuahua in his foster home and is such a happy, playful boy.

Because of Chance's trauma and some hesitancy when meeting new people and other dogs, he did go into a four week training program. He has learned to trust humans and is so much better about meeting other dogs. He now knows many commands, and he learns quickly. He is very eager to please and highly treat motivated. New people and animals still need to be slowly and properly introduced, but if you have a ball in your hand, you will quickly become is very best friend.

Chance would love a backyard that he can run and play fetch in. He enjoys his walks, and getting him out and about to continue socializing him will be a must. We are looking for a home with adult children only. He would love other furry friends, but patience and slow, proper intros are required.

His adoption fee includes his completed training program, vaccines, neuter, microchip and two additional training sessions with his adopters. Apply to come meet this cutie. He will steal your heart in no time!

To learn more and apply to adopt, go to twochihuahuasrescue.org/chance
