Champ's Story
10-Month-Old Boston Terrier Mix

This 10-month-old Boston Terrier mix is looking for a home where he can learn the ropes and channel his personality!
He’s past the tiny baby stage and in full adolescent mode— friendly, and eager to make friends with every human and dog he meets.

Working On His Manners (Ankle Nipping): Like many 10-month-old terrier mixes, his chase drive and adolescent energy mean he’s currently prone to nipping at ankles and feet when he wants to play or gets over-stimulated. Moving feet act like an interactive toy to his terrier brain! He needs an experienced handler who understands how to manage mouthy teenage dogs using positive redirection, boundaries, and structured outlets for his drive.

The Ideal Home:
Dogs: Great with other dogs! He’d thrive with a confident, playful canine companion.
Cats: No cats. Need we say more!
Kids: Adults or homes with older teenagers only (no small kids) due to his current jumpy, ankle-nipping behavior

Lifestyle: Needs an active, patient home ready to provide consistent structure, positive training, and mental enrichment to guide his teenage energy.

Interested in opening your heart and home to this spunky guy?
