He thrives on companionship and just wants to be near his humans, offering comfort and devotion. He currently lives peacefully with other dogs, though he prefers not to engage in play — he’s more of a laid-back companion than a playmate.<br/><br/>Important details:<br/>• He is terrified of loud noises (such as gunshots, fireworks, and thunderstorms) and will try to flee when scared. A secure home with a sturdy fence, or even better, someone who can keep him mostly indoors during stressful times, would be ideal.<br/>• He cannot live with cats. Unfortunately, he was involved in a tragic incident with a neighbor’s cat, so a cat-free home is a must.<br/>• He would do best in a calmer home environment with a patient person or family who understands his sensitivities.<br/><br/>This boy deserves a chance to live out his golden years in peace and love.
