You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Chai came to us when his human passed and the family couldn't take him. (That happens in rescue more often than you'd think. )<br/>Chai is a 2-ish year old Shih Tzu mix. He's a happy, friendly dog. He gets along good with dogs. We haven't tested him with cats. His shots/vaccines have been updated and he will be neutered and chipped the last week of March.
