Meet Chai! <br/><br/>Age: 6 months old<br/>Breed: Shepherd Mix<br/>Sex: Female, not yet spayed<br/>Weight: 20 lbs<br/>Fostered In: Woodstock, ON<br/><br/>Personality & Story<br/><br/>Chai is a sweet little survivor who came into rescue after being found malnourished with her siblings. Despite her difficult start, she is making wonderful progress in foster care and is finally learning how to be a puppy.<br/><br/>Chai can be shy and fearful around new people, especially children and busy environments. However, when she feels safe, her personality completely changes! She is playful, affectionate, goofy, and full of puppy energy. Her foster mom gets to see her zoomies, silly antics, and even her little maligator moments! <br/><br/>Home Life:<br/>Chai is spending more time outside her crate, eating regularly, and adapting very well to house training. She loves her blankets and will happily curl up and relax once she feels comfortable.<br/><br/>She does best in a quiet, calm home where she can build confidence at her own pace.<br/><br/>Dogs:<br/>Chai does well with calm dogs and has been settling nicely with her foster dog sibling, Sadie.
