Meet Cesar!<br/><br/>Cesar is a 5-year-old lovebug who is looking for a family to call his own. This friendly boy absolutely adores people and wants nothing more than to be part of whatever his humans are doing. Whether it’s a walk around the neighborhood or relaxing together at home, Cesar is happiest when he’s spending time with his favorite people.<br/><br/>One of Cesar’s favorite activities is going for walks, and he’s always excited for an opportunity to get out and explore. He is also crate trained and settles well in his crate, though he may let out a few cries when separated from his people—he just loves being close to those he cares about! His foster parent also said he is house and crate trained and he knows sit, stay, and wait! He's one smart little angel. <br/><br/>Cesar recently underwent specialized surgery to repair a torn cruciate ligament in his leg. The good news is that he is healing beautifully and is already bearing weight on the leg again! While he’s feeling great, he still has some recovery ahead of him to ensure the best possible outcome. His adopters will receive detailed post-operative instructions and support to help set him up for continued success.<br/><br/>Cesar is ready to find a family that will love him as much as he loves people.
