This precious shepherd mix had a tough start in life after being found underneath a school building in Puerto Rico alongside his nine littermates, all struggling to survive on their own. But just like the best comeback stories, Cedar never gave up. Thanks to the tremendous rescue efforts of our Rescue Team, Cedar and his siblings were brought to New Jersey to live their best lives.<br/><br/>Cedar is a resilient little pup with a heart full of love. This affectionate puppy loves cuddling close after a day of play and is always excited to explore new smells and environments.
