Cecil came to us through our rescue partners in Seattle with a severe medical issue that we were able to help him through. He has no lingering physical problems and we expect him to live a long and happy life. <br/><br/>He is a joyful and friendly little Min Pin mix who weighs less than 10 lb. He would definitely benefit from an active home with another dog to pile around with and maybe even some kids to fawn over.
