Cecil is a sweet boy. Cecil knows how to get around without a problem once he gets used to a location. He knows the shelter environment after 3 weeks. He is comfortable going up and down the steps in our back yard. Cecil was taken into the shelter with his 2 brothers after their owner passed away. His 2 younger brothers have already been adopted.
