CECE's Story

Cece's Comeback Story
Meet Cece, a sweet and resilient girl whose gentle spirit shines brighter every day.

Cece has been quietly working on her glow-up, and her beautiful fur is growing back in nicely. Through it all, she has remained patient, trusting, and incredibly sweet—even tolerating her medicated baths like a champ.

One of Cece's favorite things in the world is treats, and she'll happily show off her adorable manners to earn one. She knows how to sit, offers a paw with the sweetest expression, and sometimes even sits up on her hind legs just to make sure you notice how hard she's trying. She's also a clever cookie who figured out a treat puzzle almost immediately.

Cece enjoys her walks and is easy to handle on leash. She often checks in with her person along the way, as if making sure you're enjoying the outing as much as she is. She has a loving, affectionate nature and will gently nudge your hand when she's hoping for a few extra pets.

There is something so special about Cece's quiet kindness. She doesn't ask for much—just a little attention, a few treats, and someone to love. In return, she'll offer loyalty, companionship, and those sweet little paw raises that are impossible to resist.

Cece is ready to leave shelter life behind and start her next chapter with a family of her own.

She has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in her new home. Looking for a buddy for your dog? Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we're a match! Check out her playgroup video here:

To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon - 6:00 pm. All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. To help expedite the meet and greet process, please make note of my Animal ID number, and those of other dogs you might be interested in meeting. Be sure to bring your ID with you, too.
