If you go slow with her she will come around and want to be right by your side!<br/>-She would sit close and scoot in more and more as she became comfortable with me. Then she pawed at me and gave a kiss.<br/>-I laid on the floor and while she never fully relaxed to lay with me....she did feel it appropriate to sit on me. 😂 -She's very sweet and gentle!<br/>-She would not take snacks and had no interest in toys. Maybe in time.<br/>-She'll need a patient adopter/foster to go at her pace!<br/>-Walks nicely without pulling but stops frequently and needs reassurance<br/>-Seems non reactive to dogs nearby and may do well living with a fur sibling after slow and proper intros <br/><br/>Unknown behavior with dogs/cats/kids <br/><br/>*Meet all of our adoptable pets on our website friendsofdacc.org/adopt <br/><br/>*Please keep in mind that the shelter can be a very stressful environment. <br/><br/>*Studies show that a minimum of 3 days decompression drastically lower stress hormones and allow the dog to show more personality after they have settled in. <br/><br/>*There is a suggested donation of $100 for our dogs, payable by cash, check or through paypal at the time of the adoption. <br/><br/>*To meet them please go to front door and a DACC staff member will assist you with adoption or fostering. <br/><br/>**And when coming to meet one of our dogs, please bring all the humans with you, but leave any current dogs at home.
