Not only is he adorable, but he is super sweet. Casper is both quiet, and clean, and a perfect little sweetheart that would be happy beside his special person enjoying a quiet life. Casper came to us from a local home where he had been abandoned by his owner along with two other dogs. We believe the owner had been an irresponsible breeder. Fully grown at just 10 pounds, Casper is a perfect size for most homes! He is in good health, neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. We are seeking a home with an adopter able to work from home or be at home the majority of the day to spend time with him. A home without larger pets or small children, and with a fenced, secure yard is best for Casper. We are in love with him and know you will be, too!<br/><br/>Our adoption process starts with your email to carerescue@aol.com or Petfinder inquiry. After we receive it, we will email you our prescreening questionnaire. Your answers will help us determine that your home and lifestyle matches the needs of Casper and our adoption criteria. Once determined, we will set up a private meeting with you and your family to meet Casper at a park near our private kennel just east of Richmond. After meeting him and determining that he matches your preferences for a pet, we will accept your application. A home visit by one of our trained volunteers is required for all adoptions, and we will speak with your vet to ensure that you are a responsible pet owner.
