Casper's Story

Meet Casper!! He came in as a stray on 8/12/25. We think he is about 11 months old. He is a big guy and very strong on leash. He is a little shy at first, but he quickly warms up. He didn't seem to know what toys are for, which is sad for a young guy like him. He does know how to sit and how to shake, but it takes some coaxing for him to show you. Hot dogs seem to jog his memory! He is also a very large lap dog, so be prepared if you sit down! Casper is neutered and has his rabies vaccination. He is available for adoption so hurry in to meet him! Casper is located at the Richland County Dog Shelter in Mansfield, OH Phone is 419-774-5892 It is an application process.
