He was sent to a foster home in New Mexico, but sadly, his foster disappeared, and somehow, sweet Casper ended up all alone.<br/><br/>He was eventually discovered at a cat feeding station! Yes, you read that right! Apparently, our resourceful boy decided that if the cats were getting dinner, he might as well join the buffet! Thankfully, he was brought to the Humane Society, where a scan revealed his microchip. THANK GOD FOR MICROCHIPS! And just like that, Casper's rescue angels found him again!<br/><br/>Today, Casper is SAFE, and despite everything he's been through, this boy hasn't lost one ounce of his joyful spirit! He's a wiggly-butt, tail-wagging, affection-loving sweetheart who seems determined to make up for lost time with every happy wiggle and every bit of love he gives.<br/><br/>Now imagine this...<br/>You come home after a long day, and there's Casper, wiggling his whole body because YOU are the best thing that's happened to him all day.
