Casper's Story

Hi, my name is Casper. My foster mom rescued me from a person that had too many dogs so I had to go. I was sad and scared at first as that was the only home I had known, but I have settled into the routine here at my foster home and I am sure once I am adopted I will settle into a permanent home just fine. My former owner said I was mostly maltese with a small bit of shih tzu in me. I. solid white with wavy hair and I weigh approx 10 pounds. My eyes do drain occasionally, usually when the neighbors are burning something outside. I am very sweet and will cuddle for short periods of time until it is time to go explore again and see what the other dogs are up to. There is a huge fenced in yard here and I love to run around in it and "pee" on the birdbath. I aim fairly well housebroken and I like to go outside pretty often but can "hold it" a while if I need to. I see cats here and they ignore me. I am not too much of a barker, however, I do feel the need to bark if I see something in the front yard that seems out of place. Leash training is coming along. My foster mom is going to test me on traveling ASAP. I am current on shots, including rabies, and was just neutered. My foster mom is definitely seeking a home with another small friendly playful dog in the home. If you possibly are interested in adopting me, please drop an email and tell my foster parents a little about yourself.
