Casper the friendly pup is waiting for a family to finally love him. He was rescued with our partner in Louisiana before traveling to the SPCA to find his furever home. Casper is around 3 months and around 8 pounds. We are unsure of his breed mix but we estimate he will be under 40 lbs once fully grown. He is friendly with other dogs, cats, and kids and would make a wonderful addition to any dog loving home.
