Cash's Story

Hi friends! My name is Cash. I am 64 lbs of love and a happy go lucky guy. Some nice people found me in AL wandering in a Walmart parking lot with my brother before I came to MN to find my forever family. My favorite thing to do is be next to you. My foster mom says I'm her favorite work from home buddy, because I just sleep by her feet (or on her feet) or follow her around the house. I'm comfortable going for car rides and being. Want to hang on the couch for the day? I'm your guy. Want to go for a long walk? I love walks and I'm great on a leash! I ignore cats but sometimes they can be scary so I keep my distance. I'm working on being potty trained but I'm learning quickly! I sleep in a crate throughout the night in the same room as my foster parents. I love all dogs. My foster parents say I've adjusted quickly to living in a house because I stay out of trouble. I have so much love to give and can't wait to find my family!

Cash is Heartworm positive and is waiting for a negative test result which can take 2-9 months after treatment. His treatment has been completed and he will need a Heartworm test every 2 months to follow up on his treatment progress until he has a negative result. During these months, you will need to make sure his heart rate is not elevated due to high energy play or exercise. Cash will also need continued use of monthly Heartworm prevention going forward. These medical needs will be the responsibility of the adopter.
--------------------------------------------
All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption.

Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions. If they came to our rescue as an owner surrender, the breed description will be listed as provided by the previous owner.

Adoption Fee - $400

To apply for this pup, please submit an Adoption Application at http://warriordogrescue.com/adopt/adoption-application/
