Cartier

Meet Cartier! At just 1 year old and 35 pounds, Cartier is a beautiful mixed-breed girl with striking markings, expressive brown eyes and a head tilt that could probably get her just about anything she wants. And fortunately, her personality seems to be every bit as appealing as her looks!

Cartier is a friendly, fun and energetic young dog who is ready to get out and enjoy life. She did very well on her vet transport, and the staff at Pets First made two important observations on her clinical summary: she is very friendly and she loves peanut butter. We feel both are equally important pieces of information. She's also shown us that she loves to play. Cartier had a blast outside with the volunteers, especially when water was involved. She'll happily chase a ball and dramatically pounce on it...but bringing it back? Apparently that's not part of the game. Cartier figures if you want the ball, you know where she left it!

For all that youthful energy, Cartier is also very people-oriented. She enjoys attention, happily engages with her volunteers and seems delighted just to be included in whatever is going on. She's an affectionate girl who looks at her people as though they might be the most interesting thing in the world.

Cartier would be a great match for someone looking for a young, active companion who's ready for walks, playtime, adventures and plenty of affection. At 35 pounds, she's a terrific medium size-and with that happy personality and unforgettable face, we have a feeling she's going to make someone a wonderful best friend. Come meet Cartier! Just don't forget the peanut butter. Apply today at caninecollective.org.
