For three long years, her mama survived on the streets, enduring more than any dog ever should, yet through it all, she never stopped protecting and caring for her babies. Now they are safe and ready for their happily ever after! <br/><br/>Carter will need to be at least 8 weeks old and will be up to date on age appropriate vaccinations. He is not currently available for adoption just yet, but pre-adoption applications are open. Carter will not go home with his adopter until he is at least 8 weeks of age due to being raised with his litter and mother.
