Carson's Story

This handsome boy just wants to be loved. Carson is a 10-month-old American pitbull terrier* mix. We think he had a bit of a rough start to life and he’s looking for a fresh start. He is still a puppy and we are working on basic commands and on his walking skills. He does think he is a lap dog once he settles down. Carson loves to play fetch too! He is dog friendly. If you have other dogs in the home, we require a meet and greet to be sure the fit is right. Carson also passed his cat test! We think he would do best with a fully fenced yard so he can run and play safely. You can meet Carson on Saturdays from 10-2 at Dogs Forever, 809 Rockford Rd SW in Cedar Rapids. Dogs Forever of Iowa's Adoption Policy

All dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations, checked for heartworm and on heartworm preventative. Adoption fees vary by age.
