Good with Cats: Not tested but probably not as Siberians are notorious for their high prey drive and typically kill cats, rabbits, birds, chickens, squirrels, opossums, etc. Good with Children: Siberians are typically good with children of all ages and the only reason we would not list them as not good with kids is because they may be too energetic and bouncy and knock over a toddler.
